New Guidance on IRS Form 990-N
The Internal Revenue Service has a new Annual Electronic Filing Requirement for Small Tax-Exempt Organizations - e-Postcard (Form 990-N) This new requirement was communicated to Department Headquarters via Letter 4249(CG) dated 21 June 2007 (New Updated Information)
