Posts seem to be having some confusion with regard to what they need to submit as proof of insurance. Under the section Post Adjutant Quartermaster, there is a sample form. The additional insureds must include the Dept. of Texas and National VFW per Sec. 709 of the National Bylaws. The Insurance companies commonly put this document on a ACORD 25 form.
