In accordance with Article XVIII of the Department Bylaws, which requires that all proposed amendments be submitted through proper channels and posted no later than thirty (30) days before the opening of the Department Convention. No proposed amendments or resolutions to modify the Department Bylaws were received in my office by the established deadline.

Because the submission window has now closed, there will be no Bylaw changes presented for consideration at the 105th State Convention in June 2025. All other business before the Convention will proceed as scheduled.

Posts or Districts intending to advance amendments for the 2026 Convention are encouraged to begin preparing draft language early, obtain approval at the Post and District levels, and forward the material to this office well in advance of next year’s deadline.
