Incoming State Commander Lynn Toomer, welcomes you to the Stockyards of Fort Worth, Texas, to celebrate his Homecoming. There will be a Budget & Finance meeting followed by the COA meeting at the Homecoming. There will also be plenty of time to to enjoy with your comrades with live music, a scavenger hunt, and so much more.
