Shuffleboard Tournament

The tournament lasts six (6) weeks with a new tournament starting every seventh week. An entry fee of $10.00 entitles you to six weeks of play plus a steak dinner after the end of the tournament. There are no trophies or cash awards given at the end of the tournament, but we do have a lot of fun playing.

During the tournament, most players bring in a potluck dish to share with other players. For those of you who wish to participate we have created a theme schedule.

Music, Dances & Others

What would a canteen be without a Jukebox? Our carries the latest in County & Western, classic Country & Western and Rock & Roll.

You can dance to the sounds of DJ's Karaoke and Live Bands we have throughout the year.

A Christmas dance and New Years Eve Dinner and Dance are currently being planned.

We have fun with our warm weather cook-offs. Judging can be fun too since the type of food can consist of Spaghetti, Lasagna or Chick & Dumplings. With these cook-offs, no entry fee is required. Once the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners are announced, the rest of the food is sold as individual plates. The winners share in the total amount collected.

When the weather begins to cool, the usual Chili or Bar-B-Cue cook-offs are held. These cook-offs ar a little more elaborate with the usual entry fees, cook-off teams, and their huge smokers & grills.

Auctions, Benefits and other celebrations are held throughout the year.
